Well for the month of March I'm going to try to keep up on this as much as possible, but am doing a sort of 'fast' that only allows me 30 minutes a day of computer. That seems like enough, you would think. But for some reason its not. Part of that is due to facebook, and then just plain old email, and keeping up with that. Its much harder than I thought it would be. But I'm really trying to stick to it and open my time up to seeking God and other things that might be more worthwhile. It's hard. As I type this I only have 3 minutes left today, and still one more site to stop by. I guess I will have to explain this a little futher another time. Just wanted to let you know that the blogs might be few and far between until April comes.

SO Cold!!!
So I think today was one of the coldest days yet this winter season. Here I'm thinking, its March, so it should be getting slightly warmer. But today was just one of those days where your face hurt from the icy wind after about 2 seconds of being outside. I did not care for it.
Today was a fun day... the Tommee Profitt Band played at a local church where our friends attend. Then after we all went over to their house for lunch. I learned that you can throw basically anything you want in a crock pot and somehow after about 5 hours it will taste good, no matter what you put in there! We just threw in some chicken, rice, water, cream of chicken soup, veggies and Voila! It was a great lunch. After that Tommee and I went on a date to see Yes Man, it was funny. There's a theater by us that gets movies about a month late and its only $3.50 per person. Its so great I really don't see the need to ever pay full price again. But then again, I'm all about the deals!
Speaking of deals, I just found out that every night at 8pm Meijer puts out all the lunchmeat they didn't sell for the day and its like %50 off. I got a whole huge package of salami for .94! I just get really excited about saving money!
Well tomorrow starts the first real week of my new job. I will be all on my own with no one around to ask questions so hopefully it will go okay. I'm looking forward to the point when I'm completely comfortable there and don't get nervous before I go in!
Well once again my apartment is a disaster so I should probably go work on that.

p.s. Really looking forward to the Bachelor finale tomorrow!! I like both girls but I'm kind of leaning toward Melissa!

My Introductory Blog
Hello Everyone!
I'm so excited to have this new thing in my life called a blog. I never thought I would do this but I just love reading other people's like my cousin Keri's and just staying updated with her life so she inspired me to do this! It will be especially nice now that I live away from my family and my friends are in all different places. There are just a few things I would like to establish before I go any further:
1. I don't know what i'm doing, so pardon me if my blog is not "cool" for a while.
2. This is not going to be one of those blogs where people write out inspirational poems or songs. This is just going to me talking about what's up.
3. I'm a little nervous- this seems like a big committment.
Ok so now that i've given my little disclaimer I guess that will be it for now. I had a long day- worked first at my new job and then went straight to my other job (which tomorrow is my last day). Then I went to two different Meijers trying to track down a humidifier. Dana- I found one on clearance!
So i'm just going to sit here with my lemon water and figure out how this works.
